My experience at Dacia Bristol East was cracking because the service was professional yet had caring dealership feel this was in complete contrast to a major dealership closer to me who could not give me straight answer on part ex etc.Catherine managed to sort a deal close to what I had been offered and the car was what we wanted. Being a hundred miles from the dealership it was nice to deal with genuine people they are becoming a rarity
